Knee surgery is not fun

Maria’s the bravest little lady!!! We were there from 7:30am to 6pm. She did great but it was nerve racking. Her knee was worse than they thought and still halfway displaced when they scoped her. Poor thing. Crossing our fingers no more problems!!! Thanks Heavenly Father for blessing her so much!

Father’s Day

We have some pretty phenomenal dads i our lives!!! So grateful for all they do, the love that they freely give, and the never ending support. They are a true blessing!!! We didn’t get a pic with Joe!!

Adulting

Adulting is exhausting. Glad to have a break from school though to be able to help. New checking account with a life guard job at Alf Sorersons to match!! 

Browsing the library…. A year later

Covid took a lot. Including library closures. It was amazing to be able to go in and browse books!!! We were so happy to look at covers and choose books to read. I read The Black Friend and was definitely edified by it. We also had some park time and enjoyed Peter Rabbit 2 in the theater. It was a great relaxing day together.

Great way to end our first weekend of Summer break

We wrapped up cabin time and enjoyed some hot sun at King’s beach. Then of course we got a flu!!! Go figure.
