Sept. 16- Carson Harry Potter Meet

The kids ended up doing a lot of events and qualifying for state. They work hard and practice with determination. They are good sports and always try their best. It was a fun meet. Also it was a meet where Papa was a official! He's such a great Papa!!

 

2024- A New Year

Everything is not as it should be. Everything is not OK. And that is ok.

Parties, roller skating and seeing students, Downtown madness, and time at home.

2024, only God knows what it will bring.

Dear 2024,

I really hope that this year can be peaceful. I pray for the Lord to be with us, to guide and direct us. I pray for healing and love. So much hurt has happened but I know that with the Lord all things are possible. So may this year please be a year of possibilities and hope.

Sept. 18- Hunter Creek

Jody and I have been making it a point to spend time with each other and truly see each other and appreciate. It's nice.

 

Sept. 15- The Best Little Boy Turns 12

Eli is definitely a 12 year old little not so little boy. He does amazing in school, is a kind friend, loves to build and discover, is a natural born leader... he is the best.

He loves middle school and leads the neighborhood gang. He is quite talented and capable. He is persistent and works hard. We are so blessed to have him as a son.

He gave a great family home evening where we played scattegories. He did a great job conducting and leading everyone who was pretty competitive.
