The kids did spectacular. We are so proud of them for being healthy, trying their best and having positive attitudes. It was also a good lesson in making sure we eat to fuel our bodies. God bless PAPA for helping our family to be healthy!!!!!!!!!!!!

Nov. 4- I'm wounded
Tooth extraction is worse than child birth. And if you get a tooth out and run too soon apparently you black out in the 30 degree weather and a man who looks like Jesus in a Subaru will ask if you're ok, because there are still good people in the world. But yeah, then you'll go down and be bloody and sore and not able to kneel for at least 3 days, but you'll keep running a day later because it's the only way you know how to survive. But as you have a panic attack in the shower, Jody was present and there. It's nice to be able to depend on him.
Oct. 30- Maria learns how to take Mental Wellness Days
Life is not all about working. It's important. You also need to live with joy doing things you love and being with people you love.
