Lake Tahoe

 

We went to church with my dad in the morning, then headed up to the lake to spend some time with the Anastassatos.

It was lovely to chat and enjoy the sun. After an hour, we had the beach all to ourselves. The kids played, swam, and enjoyed lots of snacks.

 

We had such a lovely drive up. We played a getting to know you game, name that tune, did a rainbow I spy, A-Z what do you eat, and had a circle drawing competition. (Circles are on a paper, what will you turn them into?)

My kiddos are such fun.

What would be your greatest wish?
Maria: No more guns and that Donald Trump wasn't president.

Kinda really love my kiddos.

 

It was nice to see Maria completely happy. Sometimes she carries a lot of stress and worry, so it was wonderful to see her smile, spirit, and eyes carry such joy.

 

Ella was a photographer and model at times.

 

Eli was content working in the sand although he did go in the water a few times.

 

It was gorgeous. The weather was lovely. The water is a lot choppier and dirtier than usual because of the crazy snowfall this year.

 

You can see all the black dirt in this picture. We were pretty filthy the whole time. The shower at home was well needed!!

 

The ladybugs were everywhere!! We did a log pile and it was a ladybug freeway!!

 

Love these two!!! They are such a happy couple full of love and care for each other. So much fun to catch up and talk about life!

 

Ready to go back already!!
