The lady that Jody has known for years left ship and disappeared. Affia the branch manager helped us out even though it was a little back and forth. One minute we owed a couple thousand, the next we were getting a few thousand, then we had to pay $900, then we didn't have to pay at all. It was time consuming, confusing, and annoying. At least it got done though. Jody is always so good making sure we pay and don't end up in jail.
