Ah, budget cuts. Perhaps we should just cut everything and stick our children in boxes. We see how well that worked for the dark ages. Thank you rats and ebola. Hey! Did you see they actually have a
CURE ! Freak-kay.

We celebrated Daddy on the pioneer trek(a four day hike he started today dressed as pioneers, living as pioneers with 200+ LDS teens) by dressing up as pioneers and cooking soup!
And on a side note for the trek they took like 200 baby dolls. I seriously hope for Joe's sanity they are not planning on burrying them. Really?

The girls with their arms around their horses. The horses were gracious enough to take them all over the park.

Galloping on her horse.

Maria+Swings= 5 hours or more joy/contentment

Volunteers have opened the park for 3 days a week for 2 hours a day because budget cuts have threatened to close it. No more animals, no more flume ride. It's a shame, but what can you do. We did a simple little craft that was fun.

Hooray for Rancho San Rafael.
