Man. This one was amazing! I was doing great for 20-21 miles. 10 minutes, slightly under.... nutrition felt good. Then I conked. It was my knee and it was annoying. I hobbled the last little bit for a grand total of 4 hours 42 minutes. I wasn't overly happy about that. I think I needed to hydrate more and that I ran too many half marathons at full blast. Here's to tinkering and adjusting for the next one! Overall the course was beautiful, the crowd amazing, and it was super organized!! I loved it. Running with Alex is always the best.
