What a ride!!!
For winter break, we took the kids down south for some fun in the sun!!
Granted, we still needed coats....
But it was a blast!!
Favorites in the car:
Playing the state license plate game! We even found cars from Mexico, Canada, and some Middle Eastern Country! We got around 40 states!
Mystery envelopes! We opened them in intervals for good behavior in the car and as breaks! Envelopes had games like Family Feud, Would you Rather?, Tongue Twisters...
Elijah's new term, "Scutting." Which is making a cutting/chopping motion on whoever is sitting next to him.
Audio Books!!!! WOW!!!!! This was so fun!!! We listened to 14 chapters of Harry Potter and The Half Blood Prince!
And of course... movies!!
Gum!!
How to Draw books
Everyone did great in the car. Mind you, there were "moments/scutting"... but they were few and far between the LONG HOURS!!!!! Ella did fabulous too!!
