Well, 5 years has flown by!!! I am the luckiest mom out there to have this little boy. He is my joy!!!
His enthusiasm for life is mesmerizing. I could watch him and be entertained all day.

He is all energy. He loves to bounce and move and run and jump.
He loves to ask questions, and help, and play, and have "friendship time" at parks as he calls it- because he gets to make new friends.
He loves to write people notes. He loves to learn. He loves to be read to. He is swimmer extraodinaire!!! Always moving up a level it seems each week!!
Birthday cake pancakes!!
Choose a toy from a store!! (Tools from Ross, and a real tool box from Lowe's)
Lunch at Scheels. Free fudge and Ferris Wheel ride!
Ella's first time riding!! She's big enough!!!
We had hamburgers and fries for dinner and Eli chose a candy corn cupcake for his birthday cake and slices of patriotic cake for his sisters.
When asked what the best part of his day was, he said it was using his tools to fix things.
I also sent him to school with 27 sacks of bird seed. The schools don't allow sweets anymore and we couldn't find any cool things, but we thought it would be fun for friends to be able to feed the birds.
He came home, put some in his hands (very excited) and shouted as loud as he could for the birds to come and eat. Then Ella joined in screaming as loud as possible for them to eat now. It was my favorite moment of the day.
Happy Birthday Elijah!!!
