We got into Elko a little late. Jody had the great idea of ordering online before we got to the restaurant. We sat down and our food was ready!! It was yummy Palestinian Greek food. The kids could swim all day long. They also enjoyed the standard hotel breakfast. And then we had the most beautiful fall hike in the ruby mountains. I am in love! They are the most beautiful mountains to visit in the fall. We had a great hike. It was a little tough, but we even got to see real life cowboys that had hunted a bunch of deer. The hike was Lamoille lake and it was 4 miles total. After our hike we hit the classic Elko stop of the star restaurant. It was tasty but not overly healthy.
