Jody was in charge of getting Eli a haircut. 10 minutes earlier Eli rides his bike for 3 miles, finds a garage sale and buys a drone for $50 that is supposedly worth $300. But it's broken and no one can fix it. So Jody is going to help him fix it because it's a drone and it's cool.
And then we're being sent pictures at some airport and we're like, what is going on? Well Jody had remembered Eli wanted to go to the air races and they had the best day EVER!!!! Eli is totally into jets and fighter planes and the entire day was spent getting to explore the planes, watch them race, and meeting pilots. Eli has been obsessed with Top Gun, the movies, the soundtracks... it's pretty hilarious yet fun, listening to highway to the danger zone often.
They ate more meat, because that is their "thing". And came home so very happy!!! It was a great father/son day. One for the books!!
