We started off the day with a thick breakfast from a place by my work. We tried to put up Happy Birthday but a lot of the balloons popped, so we had to settle on happy. Eli barbequed a fantastic dinner. I didn't have 48 so he got 47+1 on the candles. We're lucky he's such a mellow guy (for the most part) and that this birthday was better than last year. Healing. He wrote me an important note that I needed. Lots of mistakes and lots of forgiveness. God is good to us.
