My Super Girls

These little beauties are super!!! Super wonderful! Super Awesome! Super Smart! Super Beautiful!
Super Amazing! Super Fun! Super Kind!! Super Duper Super Super!!

As of late: Maria can identify all her numbers (1-10), counts on a one to one ratio, knows 80% of her alphabet letters, can sing on key... seriously, perfect pitch. Knows all her colors, can draw circles, X's and trace pretty well. She is excellent at negotiating, is charming, flirts with older boys... sigh. She can fill in the blank on the articles of faith, knows 2 Nephi 2:25, can list at least 5 prophets and bear a solid testimony. Her most endearing quality to me is her sense of empathy. She gets very emotional and sad when she see others hurt. She is very sensitive and I adore that in her. Today she accidentally whacked Christina with a toy and burst into tears when she saw Christina crying because she didn't want her to hurt. She was rubbing her back and doing everything she could to console her. Genuine. Pure. So lovely and super indeed. The world is in for a treat because of my Maria!

Christina is my super reader. She is so into making the story come alive. She doesn't settle for just words. In fact she will take about 10 seconds to sound out the whole sentence (whispering to herself) then read it with gusto and inflection. It is so incredibly entertaining. She finger spaces E-V-E-R-Y word she writes. I never have to nag her, she just knows to do so. Her math skills are amazing, and more so that she loves it! (I don't think I ever enjoyed math!) She loves to write notes to everyone and draw them pictures. She is a sweetheart who wants to make the world happier. She loves mother earth. She loves animals. She knows almost all her articles of faith songs. She is doing excellent learning to play the piano - rhythm, pitch while singing notes, and good attitude about practice! She is here to change the world.

I'm so blessed.

And of course, it doesn't hurt that I have some super help from the other side too with my sweet JoJo. :)
