Somehow, my mom got really sick this weekend and ended up in the ICU. Her fever was a first for one of the RN's there. 107.
The doctors aren't sure what happened. An ambulance and a few firefighters had to help her. Fortunately, Heavenly Father saw fit to spare her life. It's a miracle she is still with us.
My dad had to drive through a horrible blizzard to follow the ambulance. We're very lucky nothing happened to him either.
It was a little stressful. Understatement. Mom is at home and is recovering.
