Today I just couldn't stay awake. My poor Maria. She's so patient and loving with me. I was on the couch and she grabbed 20 books and just cuddled while I snoozed away. But then at one point, a book made her sad so she started crying. In the book they had kicked the dog out of the house and so he was in a rainstorm. I told her it was OK and she just crawled on top of me and we both ended up asleep. Well, of course I woke up 10 minutes later and didn't want to wake her so I just watched her. She's so beautiful.
Maria is a soul who just loves others. She is brilliant and thoughtful. And she's a love dove.
