For the past year we've been waiting for this shop to open up by our house. Eli had been doing a helpful chart, earning marks to be able to go here.
He finally filled it up. We had a dentist appointment in the morning and what better way to follow up that than sugary sweetness.
It's so weird to be able to go to a donut shop and not crave the donuts. I look at them funny now. Even though I did have a couple bites! Just right.
The overall consensus:
good dough

nice atmosphere
gross/crumbly frosting
bit overpriced for a dozen
($18... which we didn't get)
NO FREE WATER CUPS (WTH)
