After a fun few days, we needed a little down time to cool off and catch up on rest. We kept it simple and headed to the local Jumbo to buy unnecessary junk, ate a bunch of good food, and watched some Umbrella Academy and Camp Cretaceous.
For dinner we headed to Elios' restaurant. He was a quick friend to Eli as they shared basically the same name. But the real key to the friendship was his steaks. Eli swears it was the very best steak in his life. So much so he had to have it 2 times before we left Athens. He still mentions it on a weekly basis. There was a friendly cat, smoke in the air, and a general mood of relaxation. It was a beautiful restaurant, not too busy, and the service on point.
