My dad spoiled us like usual. Everyone was very happy and grateful for all the beautiful and thoughtful gifts. We had a great lunch, Jody was on painkillers on the couch, and it was peaceful quality time together. It snowed and was quite cold outside!!! Grateful for our Savior and His birth and life.

Christmas morning
We always have such grateful, gracious, and thoughtful kiddos!!! It was a blessed year!!! Everyone was excited and thrilled with each other’s generousity. Maria crocheted 200 gifts that were pure quality and Nina was a secret Santa giving gifts that were well thought out.
We had a simple but yummy breakfast and enjoyed a peaceful morning.

Christmas Eve
We had yummy Greek chicken and a new eggplant recipe. We watched a read aloud of the little match girl and talked about of Heavenly Father loves us all and how we should help others. The littles made brownies for Santa and then barely slept all night because they were so excited.
Best neighbors
Nina and Brian got the littles some pretty amazing hiking backpacks with water bladders. We are so blessed to have the neighbors and friends we have.
Gingerbread Houses
Christmas traditions in full swing!! Eli got his meat stew, Nina had a modern teepee due to unforeseen baking mishaps, Maria made a gay safe place and we enjoyed some yummy holiday flavors. I hid the Halloween candy well!!!
