This was a hard group. Not going to lie. But even through the hard times, I'm so grateful for each and every one of them. To see their growth, to see their change, to see their excitement for learning is amazing. I just don't get paid enough. Glad the year was over. Sione and Cheerful were my absolute favorites. Such examples of love, kindness, hard work, and dedication even at 6 years old. Olivia is my sanity as my fellow first grade teaching partner.

School Glow Party
This was an amazing day at school. We had 45 of pure club up in the lunchroom. I didn't know, but it was my last day with one of my very favorite students, Cheerful. He up and moved in the night. He was such an amazing, kind, fun, and happy little boy. He was the epitome of cool.
They played La Chona, we did the conga line, we did the cupid shuffle, and it was hot inside! I had a student twerking and trying to take off his clothes.

My Cool Dude
King won a competition at UNR. I am so proud of him. He is such an interesting kid and helped me to grow so much as a teacher. Quote of the day from him, "I'm going to f(*#@(*#$ you up." to all the birds outside. Not a snow white moment. I have loved watching him learn to control his emotions, even though it takes a good 20 minutes.
Best Principal!
I really don't think I would teach at this point in history if it weren't for the people I work with. I have the best principal and great coworkers who planned a joke for her birthday. We all got wigs that were like her hair and showed up to work. It was hilarious and the students thought it was so funny.

The 100th Day of School
It was the 100th day of learning and we had a fun day at school. Some of the kid's costumes were excellent!! They were very into character!! King wasn't all too thrilled about the change in appearance. When asked if he had $100, he said he would buy ketchup.
