14 Miles
My longest run yet to the Native Reservation. It was beautiful but I keep forgetting to bring hydration pills and goo!!

Summer movies: Boss Baby 2, Black Widow, Spirit with Daddy, and FF9.

The tick
Ella had a dog tick that we have no clue how she picked up. She thought it was a seed and flicked it off. Fortunately it hadn’t burrowed its head. It was scary!!

Happy 4th
We headed to Dilworth and got free sparklers. The fireworks were lackluster but we always have a fun time together.
