We sure do love our friends.

Jacks is hell
Unfortunately Shatt’s bakery was a 2 mile line. So when we stopped in Bishop for lunch we had to eat at Jack’s.I think we can say it was the worst meal we’ve ever had in our life. Jody’s eggs had shells in them. Pure nastiness. Also is the first time in his life he ever got the gas pump stuck in the car. Hopefully the last. No one wants to be stuck at Jack’s.

Ending with Greek in the University Heights Gay district
This was such a fun trip. We enjoyed on our last night going to a Greek restaurant called Olympic CafĂ©. It wasn’t Vegas but it was still really good. I had the lemon Agvolemano soup and felt like crying because it was just like Yaya’s.Ella and Eli ate every bite of their plate. Jody had to ask for tzatziki sauce and wasn’t too happy about that. Maria’s tzatziki sauce is the best anyways.
We waited in line for some ice cream and pie in a cup. It was spectacular. We each gained 50 pounds.
Pacific beach and La Jolla
We found the neatest thrift shop in Pacific Beach. Nina found a gorgeous yellow dress $4 and I found a bunch of Nike tank tops $3. We were so excited!!
We got some donuts at San Diego‘s best rated donut shop. We didn’t really like them. Maybe we got a stale batch? We ate them at a beautiful beach in La Jolla. We got to see the tide pools and finally got some warm weather. We were attacked by seagulls. Poor Ella was very sad when the last half of her donuts was carried off by 20 seagulls.

Healthy and delicious
San Diego has been full of wonderful food. Armonia’s kitchen and most of the places we have eaten have been patio dining. It’s been a little cold but the food has been spectacular. When I go back to macro counting I will be very grateful for this time of eating!!!
